Trace emerging pollutants,such as antibiotics,polycyclic musks,toxins and viruses,have attracted people's intensive attentions.Given the trace (ppb or less) contaminations,sensitive methodologies to accurately measure the concentrations become emergent.To solve this problem,aptamer as a novel tool to recognize trace antibiotics,toxins and viruses.Aptamers as smart molecules can specifically recognize targets.Our research revealed that aptamer-based column can capture ng/L antibiotics in real drinking water.Moreover,the interactions of aptamer with pollutants were divided into three steps by chemical kinetics and thermodynamics.This is a
