According to the requirement of weapon development and making plans of firepower and decisions in battlefield, based on current research status both at home and abroad and the experiment conditions our army now has, synthesizing the common characteristics of damage efficiency quantizing assessment under the application background of multi missiles striking multi targets being synthesized, the preliminary theory system of conventional missile damage efficiency quantizing assessment is built. It is advanced that conventional missile damage efficiency quantizing index system should be first established, the characteristics of weapons and targets be further studied, equivalent target design be developed, and such means as computer simulation and little sample experiment identification method should be synthetically applied to perfect each index and synthetical assessment model circularly and successively and conventional missile damage efficiency quantizing assessment is finally completed.
