摘要

Geometric tolerance modeling and simulation methods are developed for rectangular and circular planar features. The method decomposes the feature variation as translational and orientation components and proposes a sequential simulation technique by using conditional probability to address the interaction between size and orientation tolerances. Numerical case study is conducted to demonstrate and validate the proposed method.
