LED TV Module Corner Mura Analysis and Improvement

Comer mura problems often occur at LED TV module, but there still hasn't been any simulation method to predict them so far. Thus, a simulation method of how to predict corner mura is proposed. The simulation method combines thermal analysis software (finite volume calculation method), structure analysis software (finite element calculation method) and photo-elastic theory. We use this tool to help find out effective solutions to mitigating corner mura of LED TV module. The corresponding experiments are also done and agree very well with the simulation results.
