摘要

The structure, technological process and automatic production machine of double metal composite tube are demonstrated in this paper,with an emphasis on the seam tracking system of inner stainless steel tube. The design of production line for double metal composite tube meets the demand of flexible property. The transfer speed among machines is designed according to the control time of inner thin stainless steel pipe welding. The automatic weld seam tracking system of double metal composite tube production line takes photoelectrical scanning transducer. There is well tracking precision and reliability. Analyzing the interfacial microstructure of double metal composite tube, and get a result that there exists atoms diffusion between stainless steel and carbon steel, which affecting the hardness of the base metal.
