爆炸法制备铁/铝双金属复合管的界面组织与结合强度

         

摘要

In order to study the composite interface bonding status of the Fe/Al double metal pipe prepared by explosive method, transpression tests were performed to test the interface bonding strength. Scanning electric microscopy and energy disperse spectroscopy were used to charaterize the interface morphology and element distribution. The effect of the annealing was also discussed. It is found that wavy welding of Fe and Al could be realized in the middle of the composite pipe, the transition layer was narrow. No obvious intermetallic compounds were observed in the interface. The interracial bonding strength was higher than the Al substrate shear strength.The distribution of the elements in the interface could be improved by annealing process. After annealing below 400 ℃ the interracial bonding strength could not obviously decrease.%为研究爆炸法制备铁/铝双金属管复合界面的结合情况,通过压剪试验测试了该界面的结合强度,采用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪分析了界面形貌及元素分布情况,并讨论了退火热处理对界面的影响.结果表明:制得的复合管中部实现了铁和铝的波状焊合,过渡层较窄,界面处未观察到明显的金属间化合物;界面的结合强度高于铝基体的抗剪强度;退火处理能够明显改善界面的元素分布,当采用400℃以下退火时不会明显降低界面的结合强度.
