This paper will examine the new phenomenon of Second Life? as it is used in entrepreneurship education. With the rise of the new medium, universities around the world have quickly seized the opportunity and started providing classes through Second Life ?. In the paper, we will be looking at how entrepreneurship education is conducted through the new medium of Second Life ?. Little research has been done in this area, thus the importance of this research paper. The paper will be looking at how Second Life? is used in teaching entrepreneurship classes. It will also look at how theses classes are administered, i.e. their specific characteristics, their differences and similarities with regular classes and also with other forms of distance learning classes. The paper will also survey students' and professors' experience with this new type of distance learning. Through this, we will provide the advantages and disadvantages of this new classroom setting. The methodology that will be used to gather the information will be web searches, survey through email queries and review of university literature. The end result is a paper providing knowledge about entrepreneurship education through the "Second Life ?" setting, the positives and negatives of this new form of distance education as it applies to entrepreneurship education.
