Application of Ultra-Clean Micronized Coal-Water Fuel in Residence Heating

摘要

1. UCMCWF combustion at capacity of few kg/h was successfully conducted. 2. UCMCWF could be a substitute fuel for oil-designed residence heating boiler. 3. Mechanical atomization of UCMCWF was found satisfactory and it helps simplifying the whole system. 4. By proper design of elements for the boiler, control parameter will be confined to the control of motor speed as the prime mover for fuel pump and air fan, the control system will thus be simplified. 5. Emission control is confined to selection of dust collector, which is underway aiming at simplicity.
