Tunneling picture of interlayer magnetotransport and cyclotron resonance in semiconductor superlattices under tilted magnetic fields

We present the general picture of interlayer magnetotransport inmultilayer systems under tilted magnetic fields. We apply this tunnelingpicture to the cyclotron resonance in the interlayer conductivity and theStark cyclotron resonance under strong electric fields. These resonancesappear as a series of resonances, and the amplitude of each resonance peakcan be controlled by magnetic field orientations.
