This presentation will assist professionals in understanding Indoor Air and Environmental Quality (IA/EQ) and how these issues relate to them. The presentation introduces the history of IA/EQ from the beginning of recorded time through the present. This is accomplished by employing easily understandable thoughts and information that each professional will understand and will focus them on the total IA/EQ picture, as we know it today. After IA/EQ recognition, this paper addresses governing Scientific Principles, Invasive Pathways, IA/EQ Issues along with Investigation and Resolutions. This paper will also discuss some of the variations in client's needs The IA/EQ evaluation process presented will enlarge the scope of understanding for professionals and stretch the range of client and employee services strengthening environmental professionalism and improve client's quality of life.
