In the complex low airspace embraced by mountains orrnbuildings, Global Positioning System can’t take actionrnbecause navigation signals are easily shaded by barriers.rnThe shortfalls for GPS should be called the ‘navigationrngap’. In this paper, signals in space are seen as signals ofrnopportunity (SOOP) for navigation to fill this navigationrngap. For the types of SOOP are various, signal selectionrnshould be needed. Through the affinity propagationrnclustering method, SOOP can be divided into groups inrnthis paper. Consequently, SOOP will be chosen based onrnnavigation requirements.
