The field of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is growing rapidly and in many directions. Its rapid growth can be attributed to its important applications in many fields including health care, climate monitoring, intelligent resource allocation, agriculture, industrial processes and home automation. The ability to find the location of people and goods is one of the key research problems of WSN today. 1.1 RationalernThere are many applications for localization of people or critical targets that require fault tolerance. Imagine a pediatric ward in a modern hospital. A fire breaks out. Hospital staff panics, rushing as many of their terrified young patients from the building as they can. Other children have already reacted to the fire, trying to run for safety; however, many of them are lost or trapped in the hospital. Firefighters need to know where the patients are.
