摘要

Record of the motion of objects submitted to sudden acce-le-ra-tion through blast waves is of particular interest in many experimental situations, for instance to measure the dynamical deformation of blast mine protection devices or of explosive reactive armours. The Laser Assisted Reflectometry (LARY) is adapted to the continuous record of position of objects accelerated by blast impulses. It offers a method to measure, without any physical contact, the motion of sensitive structures in defence or civilian applications. The object whose displacements have to be analysed is illuminated with a laser beam; a fraction of the reflected light is caught up with an optical fibre and its intensity is analysed to get motion, velocity and acceleration of the propelled item.
