摘要

The potentials of the 4WD HEV are investigated from the viewpoint of fuel economy and stability.rnFor the minimum fuel consumption, operation algorithm is proposed in which the front and rearrnmotors are used only by the amount of the recuperation energy captured from the regenerative braking.rnIn addition, brake force distribution algorithm is suggested to assure the vehicle stability in corneringrnby using the regenerative braking and the ABS. It is found from the simulation results that the fuelrneconomy is improved by 51% for FUDS and improved stability can be achieved by the regenerativernbraking at the rear wheel.
