摘要

Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectra of normal blood sample were recorded and analysed by using a periodic SERS active structure integrated in microfluidic injection system. Vertically perforated membranes were fabricated by 3D micromachining and applied for subsequent sample preparation (filtration / cell entrapment) and Raman Spectroscopy. The optical behavior of the 3D structure was characterized by FDTD simulation. SERS spectra of blood plasma and trapped red blood cells (RBCs) were recorded and compared to verify the functionality of the bioanalytical microsystem. The main molecular components of RBCs (membrane lipids, hemoglobin, etc.) could be detected separately from the plasma.
