摘要

A new solution of glass microfluidic chip for PCR DNA amplification and pathogen detection has been proposed. A continuous-flow method has been used for rapid thermocycling of the reaction mixture at three constant temperature zones of the chip. For the first time, this process has been performed cyclically, enabling flexible change of the process parameters and application of almost unrestricted volumes of the mixture. In this paper, preliminary results on the chip operation and technology, as well as development of miniaturized setup for cyclical continuous-flow PCR process control, have been presented.
