In view of the unreasonable running speed of runners, the related sports injuries are caused, This paper proposes a method based on acceleration sensor, combined with four order Runge Kutta algorithm and piecewise fitting temperature compensation method, The aim is real time monitoring of the running speed in the process of human movement to remind the user to adjust the running speed and achieve uniform movement in the process of running athletes, it can avoid unnecessary sports injuries. At the same time, the wireless communication method is used to receive the user's speed alarming threshold information, and the piezoelectric film material is used to generate power to improve the endurance of the system. A wearable device can adjust the speed of runners by means of vibration feedback and flash alarm. The experimental results show that the system can effectively improve the athletes running speed in the process of running, It is conducive to the cultivation of athletes healthy running habits and further promote urban civilization and healthy movement.
