In the Internet age, when evaluating the results of the professional construction of the counselor, it is usually assumed that a professional construction item contains multiple subtopic-aware of professional construction with different weights, and on the basis of this assumption, the results of the professional construction are evaluated. Although most of the existing counselor professional evaluation methods have used these characteristics to evaluate the results of the professional construction, they have neglected the types of the professional construction subtopic-aware in the evaluation process. Firstly, this feature is described in this paper by introducing the sparse big data equilibrium, and the classification method of the subtopic-aware of the professional construction is abstracted: and then puts forward the framework that evaluates the results of the professional construction of the counselors by constructing subtopic-aware type information for the sparse big data equilibrium, which defines the structure that it should have the evaluation of the professional construction of the counselor by using the professional construction subtopic-aware type information: Then, on the premise that taking information class and the navigation class as the subtopic-aware classification method, its corresponding sparse big data equilibrium form is discussed: finally, the experimental results on TREC and NTCI R test sets show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
