the biggest problem for any small or large scale firm is storing the data. The multimedia content like image/video is shared in a decomposed manner through any communication channel. The sharing of the data will affect the quality of image/video and reduce the pixel density of it. There are several traditional filters is used for removing the noise from image/video. In this paper, a review is prepared based on several filter models such as SVD, BM3D, Nystrom, etc. for image denoising. This paper also introduces a new framework I-SVD (Improved Singular Value Decomposition) for image denoising. In result section, a comparative study of Nystrom with traditional filters which give the promising results for the said problem.
