摘要

In this paper, a fault detection scheme for series capacitor compensated three phase transmission lines is proposed using fast Walsh hadamard transform. The proposed scheme uses only single end measured fault current data. The proposed scheme has been tested for numerous shunt faults with variation in different parameters like fault type, fault location, fault resistance, fault inception time and ground resistance. The simulation results authenticate the accuracy and effectiveness of proposed scheme.
