In this context, we have deposited using spray prolysis technique on cleaned glass substrates a thin SnO2 layers using different deposition times from 3 min to 9 min and tin chloride was used as starting solution with a molarity of 0.1 mol/l at temperature equal 350 °C. The main results of the deposition time effect on the structural and optical properties are: Structural analysis of SnO2 film deposited at low deposition time revealed the presence of SnO phase. Moreover, increasing the deposition time, we noted the formation of the SnO2 orientation phase (111) with the absence of the SnO phase. The obtained films show good optical propertiest with an average transparency value greater than 60% in the visible region and the gap values varies between 3.98 to 3.5 eV.
