In consideration of the influence of target moving, components rotarying and structure deformation on the precision of electromagnetic scattering modeling A an exact moving target’s RCS modeling method based on the measured data was proposed in this paper. Firstly, using laser scanning method to build the precise geometric model of the real target; Secondly, extracting the parameters of the target motion characteristics in the actual flight, and taking the parameters to modify the model; Finally developing integration software to calculate the electromagnetic scattering and verify the result with the measured data.
