Recently, for hosting the personal data most of the organization used the cloud. Because of this organization decrease the IT support cost and upgrade the data reliability. In this cloud storage, computerized information is logical pools, the physical storage traverses numerous servers, The physical environment is managed and possessed by hosting organization. The information available and accessible are responsible form the cloud storage suppliers. Associations and Individuals buy or rent storage limit from suppliers to store association, client or information of the application. There are various cloud sellers as well as their heterogeneous pricing policies are available, in which customers may getting confused that which cloud is able to store the data and which strategy of hosting is cheaper. To solve this problem, comprehensive analysis should be done for customers understanding, that will help to decide which storage is suitable for them. Initially started using several suitable clouds which are able to store data with reduced monetary cost and has guaranteed availability by using appropriate redundancy strategy. To the variation of data access pattern and costing of cloud the triggering transition process for re-distribution of data is done accordingly. Also in this system we introduce the concept of data de-duplication to reduce the storage space requirement by the organizations. With the help of data de-duplication System save only one copy of the data and replace all other copies with a pointer which points to the original data file.
