The evolution of innovation process organization forms: Transfer to collaboration networks and “cluster governance”

摘要

From the organization theory point of view the evolution of innovation process organization forms includes three phases: hierarchies, markets and networks. The work deals with the development of original “Cluster Governance” model as a specific case of collaboration network: one of the nodes accepts a role of the ≪kernel≫ providing the coordinating and infrastructure functions.
