Systematic review of critical success factors of E-government: Definition and realization

Critical Success Factors (CSFs) of e-government are useful to get the successful implementation of e-government services to the citizen. However, some people misunderstand about the term of CSFs because the CSFs is formed by a short word or unclearly meaning word. The purpose of this study is to describe the CSFs of e-government. Describing CSFs of e-government is very important to avoid misinterpretation of the meaning. We collected CSFs from the various literature that indexed by Scopus in the last five years with related topics. The clarification of CSFs of e-government will assist the e-government development. The approach of a method that used in this study is the systematic review using PRISMA 2009. The finding of this study is 52 the definition of CSFs of e-government and realization of stakeholders' activity as fit as the definition of CSFs of e-government.
