摘要

The exact solution of Schrodinger equation for the electron is obtained using the model of δ-like potential barriers and approximation of continuous position-dependent effective mass being linear near interface between the quantum wells and barriers of open double-barrier nano-structure. Within these analytical solutions, the effect of the near-interface size on the transmission coefficient of nano-structure, resonance energies and widths of electron states is studied.
