This paper puts forward the idea of using FPGA to design floating point arithmetic operand storage controller. After receiving the operand storage command and operation operand, the controller analyzes the command request under the internal timing, and can complete the PLC floating point operation autonomously, storage and transfer operands, store the result of the operation to the controller's internal register file. This paper analyzes the circuit structure and principle of ARM + FPGA, and discusses the circuit structure and principle of the controller. The hardware circuit is built by Verilog HDL language, and the controller is simulated by serial port. The test shows that the controller is running accurately and that the storage and transmission of the operation are realized.
