摘要

In view of the current method of counter-terrorism assessment are fuzzy and random. The cloud models could help to identity a feasible method to assess the counter-terrorist combat capacity. Firstly, analyze the traits of combat missions, the principle of disposal and the compositions of the combat power during the Armed Police Forces conducting tasks. Then, the counter-terrorism assessment framework is introduced. It analyses the methods of indices extraction, index system establishment and index weighting. As the result, an assessment method of the Anti-terrorism capacity based on Uniform Gaussian Cloud Model is proposed. Furthermore, the example studies verify that U-GCM could give a scientific and visualized conclusion of the counter-terrorism capability in a PAP unit.
