Integrated quality safety and environmental management system for concrete roof manufacturer

摘要

The purpose of this paper is to propose an integrated management system of quality, environment and safety (IMS - QSE). The model is based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 (new version of 2015), Product Liability Law (PL Law), Thailand Industrial Standard (TIS) for quality, Environment Performance Assessment Program for Environment (EPAP), BS OHSAS 18001, TIS for safety, and Safety Performance Assessment Program (SPAP). The model was designed and implemented in one of the biggest concrete roof manufacturers in Thailand. The integrated model at the case study is useful as a guideline to elimination of conflicts between individual system, significantly reduction of the internal auditors and auditees' workload, as well as creation of new value in business.
