摘要

A closed-form expression for the local thickness-dependent permittivity is derived for a general case of nonlocal wire medium with lumped impedance insertions and terminated with different impedance surfaces. The obtained analytical form of local permittivity accurately takes into account the effects of spatial dispersion and loads/terminations in the averaged sense per length of wire medium. It enables to solve in the local model framework various far-field and near-field electromagnetic problems involving a nonlocal bounded wire medium with lumped loads and impedance surface terminations.
