The 3MW wind turbine blade is taken as the research object. Considering the environmental temperature impact, the availability is defined according to the stiffness degradation of wind turbine blade under the full-scale fatigue test. Firstly, the availability is combined with the reliability and artificial test result as three indexes of the health assessment. The health degree is defined and calculated by the Grey Relation (GR) model. Then, according to the health assessment results, the maintainability and economy shall be considered. The maintenance effect, maintenance difficulty, maintenance cost and management cost are taken as four decision objectives. The weight of objectives is determined and the health management decision is developed by the AHP-Fuzzy decision method. It provides a theoretical basis for the health assessment and management of wind turbine blade.
