摘要

The vibrational properties of zinc-blende AlxIn1-xP have been investigated. Our computations are based on the empirical pseudopotential method under the virtual crystal approximation VCA. Our findings are found to be in reasonably good agreement with the available experimental data in the literature. The effect of compositional disorder on the studied properties of the material of interest has been examined and discussed.
