With the development of technology' Internet resource itself usefulness and ease of use' studies about the users' acceptance and behavior are very important. However' it is still important to understand how to improve the usage of e-learning of university students. There are numerous theories and models have been developed in the technology acceptance behavior study field. But the variables and the causal relationships among the numerous theory models are different. The object of this study is a science and technology university schools' Granted 190 questionnaires altogether in this research' the effective questionnaires were 190' valid recovery rate was 100%. Some analysis were carried out such as descriptive statistics analysis, reliability, confirmatory factor analysis, validity analysis, independent sample T-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. The results revealed the robustness of Technology acceptance model, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude and behavior intention was influenced by undergraduate students and improving students' learning with effective learning.
