The use of current loop circuit as a signal conditioner for high accuracy digital piezoresistive pressure sensors

A new topology of piezoresistive pressure sensor signal conditioner based on the alternative current loop is proposed. The optimal procedure for model parameter estimation based on the maximum likelihood method is described. The convenient calibration technique of the sensor system that enables to simplify the necessary calculations drastically is offered. The results of computer simulation confirming the theoretical result are given.
