So many people are died caused by road accidents each year. Overtaking might not be the most common cause of road accidents, but overtaking accidents are certainly amongst the most serious. Dangerous roadway curves cause too many car accidents in real life. These types of car accidents are often fatal or cause serious and crippling injuries. At the first two different driver behavioral models are reviewed and based on what is seen more on two-lane roads, one of them are chosen. This model is used to anticipation accidents. Afterward, intelligent barrios are used to reduce accident rates. Also, overtaking modeling is used to determine the best locations of the intelligent barrios. The density of these intelligent barrios is determined based on the start points of accidents. The results show accurate accident modeling in provisioning and reducing accident rates after utilizing intelligent barrios in curved roads.
