摘要

Control of production of mechatronic drives for various applications provides the most efficient use of materials and the required operating characteristics of devices. The paper proposes a control system for technological process of production of mechatronic drive based on tests of the magnetic properties of structural elements that provides the optimum use of all available resources of ferromagnetic materials to achieve high operational parameters of final products within the constraints of the materials used, the means of production control and management of their production. The proposed control system based on the simulation process. The devices and testing instruments parts products at various stages of the process is proposed to use to obtain a initial information for modeling. Thus the problem of optimum processing of information is solved by filtering of the dynamic processes and responses to various random impacts, arising during controlling with the purpose of parametric identification performed in real time in the operating conditions of the control object.
