The geographical environment in cool mine is complex. The tunnels are crisscross and the coverage of the tunnels is wide. The distribution range of staff in cool mine is wide, uneven and mobile. When the mine disaster or other emergency occurs, how to inform the rescue center on ground quickly in order to it take measures to emergency rescue, is one of the hot issues of the research of communication technology in coal mine. The transmission characteristics of ZigBee technology are used to design the emergency communication system based on ZigBee technology in coal mine. It is the reference for the design of emergency communication system in coal mine.
