The present invention relates to an emergency alarm system using Zigbee communications. The emergency alarm system of the present invention comprises a transmitter carried by an internal worker, a relay attached and installed in a passage, a cable drum worker and a receiver carried by a winch control worker, by considering that communications between the inside and the outside is not smooth when performing a cable-laying work in narrow and long passage as the cable-laying of the ship takes place in the narrow and long passage. The transmitter, the relay and the receiver enables 1:1 communications by a Zigbee communications module. The transmitter prevents communications error by making an alarm signal to be transmitted continuously for a fixed time if an alarm operation button is pushed for more than a fixed time.
