The dispersion of dielectric permittivity of the composite nanocrystalline cellulose - triglycine sulfate in the frequency range 10 - 10 Hz in a weak electric field in the range from room temperature to the phase transition temperature of this composite (+54 °C) was investigated. It was shown that the typical for triglycine sulfate maximum of the imaginary part of dielectric permittivity at frequencies (10 Hz - 10 Hz) in the case of composite nanocrystalline cellulose - triglycine sulfate lies at lower frequencies (10 Hz - 10 Hz).
