While in operation cathode spot of vacuum arc spouts plasma jets, liquid metal drops and splashes [1]. Plasma jets velocity comes up to ∼106 m/s, liquid metal drops velocity comes up to ∼104 m/s. Meanwhile, for many years researches take continued interest to the problem of pure plasma production [2], it is connected with practical application of vacuum discharge in the process of filming during cathode sputtering under vacuum, in case of determination of vacuum breakers critical operation etc.
