Study features of transients in the circuits of semiconductor generators of discharge pulses (GDP) using the mathematical models of nonlinear electro-spark load are shown. The electro-spark load was the layer of metal granules between the electrodes submerged in a dielectric liquid. Models of nonlinear electric resistance such load depending on value of a discharge current, its rate of change and duration of a time pause between discharge pulses are developed and used. The analysis of ways to increase the power and dynamic characteristics of pulse currents in the electro-spark load, arising during controllable discharge of GDP reservoir capacitor is carried out.
