摘要

We report an investigation of electromagnetically coupled microstrip patch antennas in the Terahertz region with the aid of CST Microwave Studio based on finite integral technique. The package was used to analyze the effect of patch in particular analysis with two parameters, namely the distance of separation between the patches and by using different substrate materials. Parameters of the antenna like Gain, Return loss are compared. The proposed model will be potentially useful in applications including THz Communication and Sensing Applications.
