摘要

This paper focus on experimental research of the effect of different thickness,initial moisture content and drying temperature of rice husk on the drying characteristics.With the initial moisture of 6.4 %,37 %,50% and the thickness of 0.8 cm,1.5 cm,2.0 cm and 2.5cm,the rice husk were investigated at temperatures of 70 ℃,90 ℃,105 ℃,145 ℃ in air dry oven.The experimental results show that variation of tcr first ascend and then descend without exception with the same drying temperature and thickness under initial moisture ranged from 6.4 % to 50 %.(The variation of tcr has an apparent nonlinear increase with the increase of thickness,which ranges from 1.5 cm to 2.0 cm,under certain initial moisture and drying temperature.)The tcr reduces with the increase of drying temperature with a optimum drying temperature of 90 ℃.The results demonstrated different factors have different effects on the drying characteristics,while the most influencial one is the thickness of rice husk.
