In order to form process of different kinds of the auto frame on one die. The combined die structure were introduced. The problem of producted variety of the auto frame and large investment to manufacture die were solved. It is possible to form frame of different type quickly. The problem of the auto frame were low yearly yield and couldn't be produced by handwork were solved well. It was a way that spent less money in manufacturing a die. The die was designed and manufactured for small batch produced. It had a good reference function. A die is used to produce auto frames. It works well and we can use it conveniently. The auto frames of different type are produced quickly and the product quality is well.
