Animal by-products safety is one of the most concerned problems that production enterprises and consumers care about. To make sure the safety of animal by-products plays an important role in the whole society security. Therefore, the construction of animal by-products risks prediction model is of great significance. In this paper, a prediction model based on limited dominance rough sets is proposed to predicting the animal by-products risks. The paper analyzes predicting technologies, adopts optimized rough sets technologies, points out predicting rules, and sets up the corresponding animal by-products risks prediction model. It proves that the prediction model works efficiently in reality.
