摘要

The session was attended by appr.400 delegates,and for the session 27 papers have been sent in and 26 have been accepted.The discussion of the 22 questions of the special reporter included 59 contributions and several spontaneous contributions,questions and comments.Additionally 5 more presentations were given about the working activities of B3.
