摘要

The quality of the railway transportation service mainly shows the overall management skill and marketing competition capacity, and holds together with the survival and development of the railway transportation enterprises. However, the current related theories and methods research in china is started lately and too little, lacks of scientific management fundaments and service quality evaluation from the outside to the inside. This text carries on the survey to the main view in respects such as connotation, criterion principle, index system, evaluation method about Chinese railway passenger transport service quality evaluation, and points out Chinese railway passenger transport service quality evaluation research existing problem and suggestion.
