摘要

This paper predicts the hyperelastic model constants of rubber material based on test data.Solid and liquid model of Hydraulic mount were established,what's more,static stiffness of hydraulic mount were calculated using quasi-static analysis.In dynamic characteristics analysis,the material parameters of fluid were set to turbulent K-Epsilon RNG.The dynamic stiffness and loss angle of hydraulic mount were presented via finite element model.The simulations of static and dynamic characteristics agree well with corresponding test results.The effect of the main structural parameters to dynamic characteristic was analyzed by finite element method.The sensitivity of the parameters to dynamic characteristics in low-frequency domain(0~50Hz) was analyzed as well.
