Inspiring tomorrow's energy workforce today: How the energy industry connects with students of all ages

With the ageing energy workforce and need of qualified applicants related to future energy system, there have been number of initiatives to recruit and train the workforce of tomorrow. This papers presents some of initiatives related to Center for Energy Workforce Development (CEWD) and associated members.
