The grey relational analysis on influencing element of urban tourism competitiveness for south-central urban agglomeration of Liaoning province

Tourism competitiveness of south-central urban agglomeration of Liaoning province is a complex system of chaotic. Its numerous elements and subsystems exist in different ways which compose the competitiveness of urban tourism. By constructing the evaluation index system of urban tourism competitiveness and through using the method of grey relational synthetic evaluation, we rank the five elements which influence urban tourism competitiveness of urban agglomeration of south-central Liaoning according to their relative degree. The study tells that the influential effect of the five key influential elements which affected urban tourism competitiveness of urban agglomeration of south-central Liaoning, from strong to weak is below: basic competitiveness, market competitiveness, environmental competitiveness, enterprise competitiveness and industry competitiveness. This paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting urban tourism competitiveness of south-center agglomerations in Liaoning province.
